Uttarakhand Religion of India is vary from region to region. About Uttaranchal religion It is a mixed in nature but the majority of people of Uttaranchal believes in Hinduism is the Religion is a faith in a divine power and activities that are connected to this belief such as protecting us, punishing us and providing us with whatever we need. The majority of population in Uttaranchal believes in Hinduism but also practices other religion like Sikhism, Islam, Christianity and nature worshipers. Apart from these regular religions, several folk forms of worship can also be seen in Uttarakhand Religon:

• Snake worship: The descendants of the Nagas who lived in Uttaranchal in ancient times still worship the snake on Nag Panchami.
• Karna worship: Karna (of Mahabharata) worship is widespread in the Jaunsar-Bawar area of western Garhwal. Its in religious story of Mahabarata, Karna was the brother of Pandava (five brothers). Hindu belives in these stories thats why the people from India comes to see the Uttarakhand religon.
• Sameshwar or Duryodhana worship: Duryodhana (of Mahabharata) is worshipped in the upper valleys of the rivers Tons, Yamuna, Bhagirathi, Balganga and Bhilangana.The duryodhana was also the brother of Pandavas he also did worship here in Uttaranchal so the belive of people is with these places.
• Mahasu worship: Mahasu worship prevalent in the Yamuna and Bhagirathi valleys of the western Garhwal.
The above and many types worship comes under religion of Uttaranchal. The
Char Dham Yatra, Panch Kedar, Panch Badri, Badrinath, Kedarnath has differnet values at religion in Uttaranchal.
The state is full of religous stories and so that famous for the piligrm. The people and their belief is changes with place to place. so the state is full of temples in each village and full of religous people.
